Shorty is a 2-year-old Dachshund mix with a long, tricolor coat. Shorty may be short but he is long on charm and personality. He loves to play with all kinds of toys. He is looking for an active family that has lots of time to play with him. His favorite game is fetch, so it would be great if his new family had a big, fenced in yard where he could run around. Last week’s featured pet, a Dachshund mix named Mincus, was adopted from the Humane Society of Missouri’s Macklind Avenue location.

THis looks like a very sweet cat, unfortunately we have my sons 2 cats right now and 1 of our own. I will keep watching though-you never know when we might want another one!

I already have two rescue dogs, but I always like to look at rescue animals.

I would love to take her home, but I already have my grandkids 2 cats and they don’t like other cats….they own us now, we do not own them! I will ask around though.
