Celebs Congratulate Beyonce On Her New Baby ‘Blue Ivy’ Via Twitter

Very early on Sunday morning (January 8), the entire world found out that Beyonce and Jay-Z‘s new baby girl was born, which instigated much Twitter activity!
They welcomed Blue Ivy Carter on Saturday night at Lenox Hospital in New York City. (They rented out the entire floor!)
The first reports said that they named her Ivy Blue, but later reports confirmed that the actual name is Blue Ivy.
